No. Each Staff Member gets a private upload link. They take a photo of their renewed card and you approve it.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never ask for Social Security numbers, and card images are only used to run the service.
On October 19, 2026, Founding Members get an email to set up their account. Your 3 prepaid months start that day.

Yes. After your prepaid 3 months, your plan renews monthly at your Founding Member price, and you can cancel any time.
