Never get caught on site with an expired certification.

Stop chasing your crew for photos of their OSHA cards and operator certifications, and stop trusting a spreadsheet that went stale two jobs ago. CertsDue reads each card, tracks every date, and reminds you before anything lapses.

Launches Monday, October 19, 2026. Founding Members prepay 3 months at 50% off, then keep 20% off for life.

Every job site wants proof. Your crew’s cards are everywhere.

  • General contractors and site owners often ask for proof of OSHA training and operator certifications before anyone starts work.
  • Crew members change from job to job, and the spreadsheet falls behind.
  • Operator certifications, first aid cards, and site trainings all renew on different schedules.
  • Finding a photo of the right card means scrolling through texts at the gate.

Construction Credentials you can track

  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 cards
  • Forklift and telehandler
  • Aerial and scissor lift
  • Crane and rigging
  • First aid and CPR
  • Site-specific trainings

OSHA 10 and 30 cards don’t expire under federal rules, but some states, cities, and contractors require the training to be refreshed on a set schedule. Equipment operator certifications and first aid cards usually carry their own expiry dates. Add the date that applies to you, and CertsDue keeps track.

How it works

Three steps to set up. After that, CertsDue keeps watch and tells you what needs attention.

  1. Import your roster

Export your staff list from any spreadsheet and upload the CSV. Every Staff Member lands on your dashboard in one step.

  2. Snap a photo. AI reads the date.

Upload a photo or PDF of each card. AI reads the Credential type and expiry date, and you confirm it before anything is saved.

  3. Get reminded before anything lapses

We email you as expiry dates get close. When a Staff Member renews, they send a photo through their personal upload link and the row turns green.

What you get on launch day

Everything on this list ships in the first release on October 19, 2026. Features still on our roadmap aren’t listed here.

For you, the Manager

  • Expiry dashboard

See who's expired and whose Credentials expire within 30, 60, or 90 days, with the most urgent first.

  • AI card reading

Upload a photo or PDF. AI reads the Credential type and expiry date; you confirm before it's saved.

  • CSV roster import

Bring in all your Staff Members from a spreadsheet in one upload.

  • Email reminders

We email you before Credentials lapse, so renewals start while there's still time.

  • Audit-ready PDF report

Export every Staff Member's Credentials and expiry dates as one PDF for a client, auditor, or inspector.

  • One price per team size

Plans are priced by how many Staff Members you track, not by how many Credentials each one holds.

For your Staff Members

A personal upload link. No account, no password, no app.

Each Staff Member gets their own link. They open it on their phone, snap a photo of the renewed card, and it shows up on your dashboard to confirm. Share the link however you already reach them: text, email, or the group chat.

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Email hello@certsdue.com and the CertsDue team will reply.

OSHA 10 and 30 cards don’t expire. Why track them?

Under federal rules, OSHA Outreach cards don’t expire. But some states, cities, general contractors, and job sites require workers to refresh the training on a set schedule. Add the date that applies to your crew, and CertsDue reminds you before it comes due. It also keeps a photo of every card in one place for when a site asks.

What counts as a Credential?

Any license, certification, or card a Staff Member holds that has an expiry date. Common examples: state guard cards and security licenses, firearm permits, OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 cards, forklift and equipment operator certifications, HAZWOPER training, and CPR and first aid cards. If it has a date you need to watch, CertsDue can track it.

How does the AI read a card, and what if it gets the date wrong?

You or your Staff Member upload a photo or PDF of the card. AI reads the Credential type and expiry date and fills them in. Nothing is saved until you, the Manager, confirm the date, and you can correct it first. If a photo is blurry or a card has no printed date, you can type the date in yourself.

Do my Staff Members need an account or an app?

No. Each Staff Member gets a personal upload link. They open it in their phone’s browser, take a photo of their card, and send it. No account, no password, and no app to install. You share the link however you already reach them.

How do you keep our data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each company’s data is visible only to its own Managers. We don’t collect Social Security numbers. Credential images are used only to provide the service: reading dates, showing them to you, and building your reports. We never sell your data. Details are in our privacy policy.

What happens on launch day?

On Monday, October 19, 2026, we’ll email you at the address you paid with, with a link to set up your account. Your 3 prepaid months start that day. Import your roster, upload cards, and you’re tracking.

How do refunds work?

You can get a full refund, for any reason, until 30 days after launch (through November 18, 2026). Email hello@certsdue.com from the address you paid with. And if we haven’t launched by October 19, 2026, every Founding Member will be offered a full refund. See the refund policy.

Does CertsDue make us compliant?

No software can promise that, and we won’t. CertsDue shows you every expiry date, reminds you before Credentials lapse, and gives you a report you can hand over. Which Credentials your team needs, and how often they renew, depends on your state, your clients, and your industry, so check with the agency or organization that issues them.
