Refund Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
The short version: Founding Members can get a full refund, for any reason, until 30 days after launch (through Wednesday, November 18, 2026). If we don’t launch by Monday, October 19, 2026, every Founding Member will be offered a full refund.
1. Founding Members (Early Access)
Full refund until 30 days after launch
From the day you pay until 30 days after launch, you can get a full refund for any reason. With launch on Monday, October 19, 2026, that window runs through Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
If launch is late
If CertsDue hasn’t launched by Monday, October 19, 2026, we’ll email every Founding Member to offer a full refund. You can ask for it anytime before we launch. If you choose to stay, your Founding Member pricing stays the same, your 3 prepaid months start on the actual launch date, and the 30-day refund window counts from that date too.
2. How to ask for a refund
Email hello@certsdue.com from the address you paid with, or tell us that address. You don’t need to give a reason. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. After the refund window, and regular plans
- Trial: after launch, new accounts get a 7-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
- Monthly plans: cancel anytime to stop future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Founding Member prepayment: once the 30-day window has passed, the rest of your prepaid 3 months isn’t refundable, but you keep full access until it ends.
- Our mistakes: if you were charged in error, such as a double charge, email us and we’ll refund it.
4. If we stop offering CertsDue
If we ever shut CertsDue down, we’ll give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid time you haven’t used.
